TTi Global Middle East operations is proposing a program to up-skill the existing Automotive technicians and attract new technicians into every day technically challenging the Automotive industry.

Our shared vision is to create the Sharjah Automotive Institute (SAI) in collaboration with the American University of Sharjah to provide comprehensive training solutions for large to small automotive repair facilities in Sharjah and beyond.

Rafid Automotive solutions and TTi Global, a U.S. learning and development organization, have teamed up to bring a level of skill and professionalism yet to be seen in Sharjah and the wider Emirates.

The new partnership will set higher standards in the industry and help develop professional skills for the individuals.

Their first project together will be the performance uplift of Sharjah Taxi Workshop. A ground-up review and renovation of the entire business, from how vehicles are maintained right through to the driving and customer skills of all Sharjah Taxi drivers.

Rafid and TTi have much more ambitious plans for the automotive industry. Through a strategic plan to create accredited training programs for those already working in or wanting to work in the automotive industry, they plan to form a world-class skill base emanating from Sharjah. And the winners will not only be those technicians and workshops who pass through the various programs being created. Safer, better maintained and repaired vehicles of the thousands of customers throughout Sharjah and the Emirates will also benefit from a more professional industry.
